I think you can do it with NDI VST3 plugin. (NDI Audio Direct)
After the installation from the NDI website, you can find it here:
C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3\
Plugins.VST.NDI.Input.vst3
Plugins.VST.NDI.Output.vst3

How do you 'start' the plugin? I've installed it, but even with video engine on see no 'start NDI' option
